These selling conditions are considered fully accepted by the customer at the moment of the order.
The orders directly depend on the acceptance by MP SERVICE Srl.
The prices include VAT, transport and any additional costs are displayed at the order summary, before proceeding with the payment.
There is no minimum order.
Anyone in possession of a VAT or tax code can buy on www.b24store.it throughout the Italian territory.
The shipping of the products is carried out through express courier DPD, EUROEXPRESS or similar
The delivery time of the products, from the moment of the shipping, are between 3 and 7 days for the Countries of the EU.
Shipping costs may vary depending on the size of the order.
Delivery terms only have an informative purpose and not binding, as they are subordinated to any unexpected events.
Work interruptions due to force majeure relieve MP SERVICE Srl of respecting the delivery time given, without giving the buyer the right to demand compensation due to damages of any kind.
The goods must always be collected by the buyer and never be left sitting under any circumstances.
Any additional cost for storage, warehousing, etc. will be charged to the customer.
The goods travel at buyer's risk even if carriage free.

The order is carried out by 16:00 after verification of payment, by 16:00 after the acceptance of the order in case of cash payment on delivery.
The processing time of the order depends on the availability of the goods in stock.
In case of unavailability of the goods, the waiting time will be notified by email or telephone.
In case of non-acceptance of the waiting time, the customer has the possibility of total or partial withdrawal and refund of the payment.

In order to have an item repaired or replaced, if approved by the producer, it is necessary to send back the defective item describing the problem.
We suggest you to send a picture by email to email@example.com , before sending back the purchased item.
The Shipping Office of MP SERVICE Srl will verify the defect and notify by email the time for the replacement, along with the shipping time, without any additional charges.
Right of Withdrawal
A. Pursuant to art. 64 and Legislative Decree no . 206/2005, the consumer, within 14 calendar days (except as provided by art . 65 paragraphs 3-4-5- ) shall have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason without sanctions and except for what indicated in the next point C.
B. To exercise this right, the customer must send to the email address firstname.lastname@example.org a "Withdrawal Notice", indicating also the bank details necessary for the refund.
C. The right of withdrawal is subject to the following mandatory conditions :
• This right applies to the product purchased in its entirety ; it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal only on a part of the product ( ex .: accessories, attached software, etc. ... ) ;
• The right does not apply to products purchased tailor-made or clearly personalized or which, due to their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly .
• The products must be returned intact and in the original packaging, complete in all of its parts (including packaging, documentation and accessories: manuals , cables , etc ... ) ; to limit damages to the original packaging, this must be put inside another box; in all cases it should be avoided to attach labels or tape directly on the original packaging of the product;
• the product subject to the right of withdrawal must be returned in normal condition, as it must be kept and possibly used with caution: therefore we will not accept used products with signs of damage or dirt and they will not be longer considered as intact;
• the shipping costs for the return of the goods are charged to the customer;
• The shipment, until the moment of delivery to our warehouse, is under the customer’s responsibility;
• in case of damage during the transport, Mp service S.r.l. will notify the Customer (within 10 working days from the delivery of the goods to the warehouse) , to allow him/her to file a timely complaint against the carrier and to obtain a refund of the product ( if insured ); in this case the product will be made available to the customer for its return, while canceling the request for withdrawal;
• Mp service S.r.l. is not responsible in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments;
D. Except for any repair costs for damages to the original packaging, Mp service S.r.l. will refund the customer the full amount already paid, excluding shipping costs , as quickly as possible and within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods , by transfer of the amount charged to the credit card or by bank transfer. In the latter case , the Customer shall promptly provide the necessary bank details ( IBAN code of the invoice head).
E. The right of withdrawal is lost for lack of the essential integrity of the property (the packaging and / or its contents), if Mp service S.r.l. verifies:
• the lack of the external and / or internal packaging;
• the lack of essential elements of the product (accessories, cables , manuals, parts , ... ) or alterations made to the product itself;
• the product is damaged for causes different from the transport;
• Dirt and/or deterioration of the product due to its use, which has compromised its integrity.
The costs and risks of transport for the return are at the expense of the customer. The return of products that are damaged, deteriorated or lacking in accessories and original equipment will not be accepted by Mp service S.r.l. and they will be returned to the sender with an increase in transport costs.
In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Mp service S.r.l. will return to the sender the purchased goods, charging the same shipping costs.
